THE HALF-LIFE 2 BLACKBOX,IS A BIG POWERPACK OF MOD'N'EXPANSIONS FOR THE WELL KNOWN HL2.
THE PACK USES THE ORIGINAL SOURCE ENGINE.
In the "exes" directory on the dvd,you will find "exes",as the name says for all the games from this pack.Just copy any of them,or all 27,in your hl2 game installation directory and run the wanted game from its exe.when playing hl2Substance,if you wanna play the real and true substance, choose to play Gordon Tales Mode or Gordon Tales Survivor.Those ways are the best Substance experience.(more new enemies added,4 heroes each of them with his own way of fighting and weapons set etc).Browse in options and choose your "change
hero" key or something like that because you will need to change the skin (suit)very often.press f1,f2,f3 and f4 one at a time,to change the suit forms.
=VISUAL CHANGES=:
-Added an extreme gore mod,to all the games in the pack(blood splatters are huge!)
-Weapons(smg,pistols,shotgun)are all retextured and added a special chrome shader.
-Some models(zombies,headcrabs) are chrome shaded.
-The striders are retextured.

We won't lie that there are several bugs in some mods but,they are unnoticeable most of them.
We are not assuming the credits for none of this mods,but we did stuckt our nose
